Chef Tanmoy Dutta is the Managing Director of SARO Enterprise and a seasoned hospitality professional with over 25 years of experience in the hotel, restaurant and food service industry across India and abroad.
A culinary expert and hospitality strategist, he has successfully commissioned and launched multiple hotels, restaurants and large-scale kitchen operations. His expertise spans across culinary operations, project planning, kitchen design and complete hospitality management.
